Private Hire
THE VENUE
Our downtown space is ideal for various events, from celebratory drinks to larger gatherings and private dinners for up to 60 guests, and parties for up to 100.
The naturally light-filled space is a great backdrop for any occasion, with the minimalist dining room allowing for flexibility and a personal touch to match your needs.
We can create custom menu offerings to suit your group and are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.
Full hire includes our sun-trapped outdoor seating in the warmer months. The perfect place for socialising while the sun goes down.
CAPACITY
Seated - Williams Eatery seats up to 60 people inside
Standing - Williams Eatery can hold up to 100 people for a standing event, such as a canapé or cocktail function.
BEVERAGE
A full beverage list is available on our website at www.williamseatery.co.nz. If you would like to pre-order specific wines, beers, cocktails, or other beverages just let us know.
SPEECHES / PRESENTATIONS
If you would like to conduct any speeches or presentations, please let us know so we can coordinate the event with you. We would prefer not to interrupt speakers with food service. All equipment required for speeches will need to be organised at an extra cost.
COST
There is no hire fee at Williams Eatery however, we require a minimum spend of $3000.
ROOM HIRE TIME FRAMES
We are licensed until 11 pm - for evening bookings you are welcome to
stay until 1⁄2 an hour after the last drinks are called.
MUSIC
We have a full speaker system in the restaurant. You are welcome to bring your own music to plug in, otherwise, we’re happy to provide music for you. We can also arrange a DJ at an extra cost.
PAYMENT
Payment is required on the day/evening of the event; by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card
(credit cards incur a 2% charge). We can also organise an invoice with a prior agreement. We take one payment only for the booking.
