Our downtown space is ideal for various events, with enough
space to hold up to 90 guests.
The naturally light-filled space is a great backdrop
for any occasion, with the minimalist dining room allowing
for flexibility and a personal touch to match your needs.
We can create custom menu offerings to suit your group,
and are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.
Full hire includes our sun-trapped outdoor seating in the
warmer months. The perfect place for socialising while
the sun goes down.
Capacity
Seated - Williams Eatery seats up to 56 people inside
Standing - Williams Eatery can hold up to 90 people for a standing event, such as a canapé or cocktail function.

Music
We have a full speaker system in the restaurant. You are welcome to bring your own music to plug in, otherwise, we’re happy to provide music for you.
Speeches & Presentations
If you would like to conduct any speeches or presentations, please let us know so we can coordinate the event with you. We would prefer not to interrupt speakers with food service.
All AV equipment required will need to be organised at an extra cost.
Timeframes
Hire can start from 4.30pm, last drinks called at 10pm.

Payment terms
We will send an invoice the day after the event, with 7-day payment terms.
