What do I do if I receive the wrong/faulty product?

Email us at hello@williamsstore.co.nz and we can make it right.

I put the wrong address, is it too late to change it?

If you’ve made an error in your address please email hello@williamsstore.co.nz, and we can try to make the change before it is shipped.

Can I include a note for the recipient of the order?

Of course! As soon as you complete the order, send the order number and what you would like included
through to hello@williamsstore.co.nz.

We'll make sure a handwritten note is included.

Delivery times

Within NZ: Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery to land. Just a reminder, long weekends and unforeseen shipping delays may impact this.

International Delivery DHL: 1 - 2 weeks - Please include a phone number with all international orders.

If your order is late to arrive, please email us at hello@williamsstore.co.nz. We’ll contact our shipping provider on your behalf. If you include your phone number on your order, you'll automatically receive SMS shipping updates from NZ Post, tracking your order.

Sorry, we don't offer Saturday delivery.

Shipping Rates

NZ: We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $50 Shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand is fixed at $7, with a few exceptions for wine and large items ($18), extra large items ($29), and oversized ($65).

International: We ship internationally via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from the Williams website if you change your mind. If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return an order, please email hello@williamsstore.co.nz with your order details.

We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Williams NZ Limited. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund. Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Williams NZ Limited. Returns are not applicable for sale items.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online payment we accept Credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX), PayPal, Google Pay

Is tax included in my order total?

Yes, order totals are tax inclusive.

Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?

Unfortunately not. Only one discount code can be used per order and these are generally only valid towards coffee purchases, unless otherwise mentioned.

Discount codes are also not applicable to coffee subscriptions.
