A very special carbon steel pan, designed in collaborated with our good friend Solomon Marshall. Hand-forged in Mt Albert, Auckland, New Zealand.
Throw out your "non-stick", toxic teflon pans, because you have found your long awaited replacement.
With a longer handle to protect you from the heat, this Solo Blacksmith masterpiece is perfect for daily use. Can be used on gas, electric, convection and induction hobs as well as in the oven or over an open fire while camping. This is a medium sized pan, which is great for hot and fast cooking!
Surprisingly, on the stove-top the handles of these pans stay cool to the touch.
Made to last lifetimes with proper care.
